I and one of my close friends both worked for this company. I have seen everything they do, from the sales side, to customer service, to the collections and technical part of it. There are a lot of good people who are just trying to do their jobs there.
Sadly I have seen many a customer service or collections person trying to get a contract nulled or money refunded that was owed them, only to have their supervisor tell them that they aren't allowed.
I know of a 16 year old who signed her mothers name, because a rep told her it was ok. I know of many people who were lied to by their reps, but it was never resolved. Beware what you sign and what your promised, because if it's not on the contract, they won't help you.
