My problem is with platinum resort services and all timeshare companies and affiliated services ( interval, hsi, ect.) all of these companies were part of a huge scam and yet hardly anything has been sent to all investors involved in this huge scam. Not only is my middle class family out some serious money but I'm sure there is a lot more who haven't even found out yet. What are our options to pursue those responsible. Including all sales reps at coco sunset Costa Rica. These large resorts allowed the sales to happen yet take no resposability for the actions of the company they allowed on to their property. I am going to bash any timeshare now do to this one incident. If anyone has some info to help try to get my and I'm sure a lot of others investments back it would be much appreciated.
