platinum server management closed my account after being confronted for failing to do job, but continued to bill me! edgewater new jersey

This "business" and I use that term loosely, failed time and time again to do the simplest automated tasks for me. They literally update their support tickets over and over with same generic "we're looking into this" reply but the issue never gets corrected. When you get fed up with the lack of progress and confront them, they close your account and leave your site broken. I lost thousands of dollars and was left with dozens of angry customers due to their failures as a server management company. And to add insult to injury, it's been weeks since they kicked me out and blocked my access to their customer portal BUT THEY STILL CONTINUED TO BILL ME TODAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH OF SERVICE. They also continue to spam my email. This company is a SCAM. I emailed them and got no reply. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL fraudulent vindictive nyc theives.
