Platinum Service toke 99.95 from my Accountnow debit card without my permission. I called Accountnow to report the problem & get info on Platinum Service. But then Accoutnow started giving me the run around,when i called them they said my DOB was wrong on the account. They said i have to send them a copy of my DL befor i could access my account !. They charged me $2.00 for the call & that put me in the - negative statuse on the card. Please help , I pray thee.
