I paid $4,000 for a paint job. The paint did not come out right and the excuse was it was the paint manufacturer. They will not warranty the work and they will not repaint the car. Customer service is horrible and they over promise and under deliver! I would not recommend this body shop to anyone who is looking for any type of body work on their car.

Customer and his buddy came in for a paint job. His friend chose to have his car done in gloss burgundy, while he chose to have a black satin paint job. I explained to him what having a satin paint job would entail, which could result in imperfections of minute dust particles. I gave him full disclosure about what to expect and he agreed knowing the consequences. Therefore, I proceeded with the work. His friend bared witness to it all.

Mind you, this was an insurance repair, which if I was at fault, the insurance company would have intervened. They did not.

When the job was complete, he liked the finish on his friend's car better than his and demanded a new paint job. I would warranty my work if it was a mistake on my part. However, he chose that finish and decided later to change his mind. I gave the customer what he wanted and find his review very biased and incomplete. I delivered exactly what the customer asked for.
