Platinum Warranty Corperation, Warranty Wizards ripoff, Company doesn't honor warranties, Numbers have been disconnected Clevland Ohio
Purchased warranties for two autos on-line for approx. $2000.00. As soon as the monies were transferred from my account, I had an incident where I needed towing. I called the 24 hour roadside assistance number only to find out that I was to pay for service up front because according to my acct. number no one had paid for the service. I tried to call Platinum Warranty only to find out their phone number had been disconnected. I have never been contacted by anyone after they received payment for a service that I cant use, What a great Xmas gift
