Complaint Review: Platinum Warranty Corporation - Warranty Wizard

First attempt to file a claim was received by a badgering rude custermer service rep. The claim required a 3rd party inspection and they could not give me a time that the repairs would be approved or declined.

My car sat at the repair shop for two days waiting for the inspector to file the simple report. I had to pay for therepairs myself as I could not wait any longer for the car to be fixed and I needed transportation.

If you want the runaround and delays and poor customer service this is the warranty for you.
