I purchased a wig from them October 1st, when the unit arrived it was in neither of the requested colors. I had to film the unit twice in order to have the wig replaced/refunded. In that time I received no form of contact from them and was forced to open a case through Paypal services. I then receive an email claiming that the 7 day return would be voided, they then sent another email after that claiming that I was passed the 7 day period mark and was not entitled to a refund. The case a week later was settled in my favor and I was given a refund in the full purchase price as I needed to purchase a wig to cover up balding in time for a wedding that was taking place. After receiving pay, a week later I decided to do business with them again in hopes to have a better expeirience and the next morning after placing the order it was promptly refunded/refused and my account was banned from veiwing their products as well from making future purchases with them. I could not believe how rude they have been since the week this purchase arrived incorrect and I am glade to never do business with this company ever again! I decided to create a report so others may be warned before doing business. Unbeleivable!
