Complaint Review: Plato's Closet

This store is such a scam!  Prices are the same as buying the stuff NEW on SALE at the regular retail store in the mall.  There are no savings!  Not to mention, some locations take anything including stained or dirty items, others have a non-updated label/tag book. 

Tried getting rid of some jeans and shirts (aeropostle, gravel, American eagle) that I just bought my kid at the beginning of the school year but their book claims they are out dated.  What a crock!  So glad other websites and online yard sales still exists. Second complaint is when I have sold items to Platos, they dont even give enough money to even buy one of their items.  Im sticking with sales at mall stores. 
 
I am not even sure if this unauthorized "retailer" is legal.  They only accepting designer and name brand clothes, shoes and accessories to turn a profit.  Doesnt seem legit
