Complaint Review: Plattner

Dear Mr Plattner -- How you are part of the larger Black and Decker family and yet operate such a poor excuse of a business - HELLO - you lie cheat and steal from your customers and I hear you do the same to your employees. You and your staff (whom I truly feel sorry for except that Stupid Service Person Larry) practice such deceptive practices from the begining to end of the process. How can you sell a used car and not service it first? I bought a car and came back a week later with a water pump bad and you and your henchmen Larry state too bad should have bought a service contract -

well one would expect when you buy a 3 year old car from a dealer that 6 days later with a broken water pump i would not need a service contract. I PAID DEARLY to have it fixed because guess what?? While in the other shop they showed me the oil filter and drianed oil that was like mud - you never even serviced the vehicle and to think i was sent to you as a friend of your family member.

God only knows how you treat the regular public if your family friends are treated as such. You are a disgrace to the family I know and just so you know MR PLATTNER - all this is on video and will be forwarded to Florida department of Motor Vehicles, and the States Attorney as well as the locan news - you will be paying for being such a bad business person. And Mr. Larry perhaps you better start looking for another job becuase Mr Plattner does not sound like the type of person that will stand up and take the blame - nope he will have someone else take the claim to such stupidity and it will probably be you!
