Complaint Review: PLATTNER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Plattner hires sales managers at minimum industry standards, usually preying on the manager in between jobs. After the first payroll, that pay plan is changed to substantially less than agreed upon. He has you in his grasp!

"Bait and Switch" with employees,... as apposed to consumers. He will establish "contests" at times between stores as a pay incentive, then not deliver the checks for months...only to pay a mere portion of the incentive promised.

He will reduce wages to the point you are working...just to work. Monthly bonuses STOP after 60 days of employ.

In 28 years as a respected Automotive Sales Management professional, Plattner is the worst I have ever experienced. He has absolutely no regard for employees or customers!
