Plattner Volvo - Ocala Deceptive sales practices Ocala Florida
We purchase a new car from Plattner Volvo. The car had 10,000 miles and was a service loaner. We were told that the car had a full 48 month factory warranty and 3 free oil changes. The sales contract and finance contract both state new.
We later learned from another dealer , while getting service, that our warrantly was expiring 2 years sooner than we thought and that we only had 2 free oil changes remaing.
We we called Plattner Volvo of Ocala, the GM Nick told us that we were lied to and that there was nothing the they could do.
In over 30 years, we have never been treated this poorly by a car dealer and were surpirsed by the "dont't care" attitude of Plattner Auto.
They don't stand behind their product or customers.
