Complaint Review: Play Times Productions - Sextoysuperstore

I placed an order six months ago with this ripoff website, sextoysupersale.com. When my order didnt come in three weeks I called them for shipping info. Well here I am six months later having left like 100 voicemails and 50 emails still with no refund. I just have heard from Jeff their rep once. He lied to me anyway about my order because in May he told me it shipped, I dont have the item or my money. What a scam, don't be ripped off from these guys!

I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau weeks ago and I talked to them this afternoon. This company has 66 complaints and they aren't responding to any of them.

I want my $50 buck back! Don't order from them EVER.
