Everything that I have seen from these other complaints sounds so close to my experience I don't see the need to repeat it. He got my 1920 too. I will explore my legal options as well.

Come on Nick. Is this the best you can do? Your rebuttals are all the same - False allegations and emotional finger pointing.
You lie , and distort the facts.

Now you are trying to advertise your scamming business. YES, each person on this site has the same thing in common. We were ripped off by you.

At the end of each of your rebuttals you go as far as thanking everyone for their interest in PWS.

Is that your way of thanking us for our money?
We are all very sorry that we did have any interest in PWS. The only interest any of us now is getting what is rightfully ours back and to stop you and PWS from continuing your Extorting, Distorting, Lying, Cheating, Scamming, Unethical ways of business.

Nick, quit hiding the facts and answer the questions on my complaint.

We respectfully disagree with this complaint. Why do we have multiple complaints on this site? Let's clear the smoke of all these false allegations and emotional finger pointing. These complaints are from desperate individuals that are attempting to extort/blackmail us and damage our reputation. We have never charged a credit card without cardholder authorization. We let everyone know upfront what the terms are in writing and on tape. We do not promise or guarantee a certain amount of income. We do not charge people to work for our company. If someone chooses to get the optional promotional flyers we disclose our refund policy and prices upfront. We even break it down and tell them the full amount charged, how many flyers and what the price is per flyer. You cannot make it any clearer.

Each person on this site that is complaining has the same thing in common. They all entered into a contract and agreed to the refund policy. Each one of them at a later point decided they wanted to get out of their contract and not honor the refund policy. They contacted us and said that if we do not let them out of their contract they will make up lies and slander our company. That is unethical and illegal.

This is the bottom line. If you are someone that is interested in promoting for Play to Win Sports please do not apply unless you understand the following. Please read all of the information we mail to you before you contact us. If you are still interested, then please listen carefully to the person that interviews you and ask as many questions as you would like before you make a decision. I know this may sound trivial to request, but we have learned that some people do not read or listen to a company that provides full disclosure. This is the main reason some people may file a complaint. One area we would like to emphasize is that you must promise to work hard for at least six months part/full time or we will not hire you. If you make us that promise and break it, then please be professional enough to live with the consequences.
