Kevin Olinger will work with you until he has your money. You pay and he is gone. Google his name and playaction customs, numerous reports will come up- including tax delinquency's. If he gets your money IMMEDIATELY  file with paypal within the 45 days. He tries to tell people and the authorities its a custom project that takes time. I had a figure completed by another individual in 7 days. It has now been 4 months with Kevin Olinger.
