Let me tell you, it was the absolute worst case of consumer abuse I have ever seen! We purchased a product, had a few simple questions, so before the product arrived (after we gave our c.c.#) we decided to em a few questions to their customer service! Yeh, right! We em 4 times over an 8 day period and never got a response! Then the package arrived 14 days later and I emailed again 3 more times over a 5 day period, giving ample time for the so-called company to respond.

I never opened the package, I simply addressed another envelope exactly as the return label on their package appeared (since there was no address listed on the web site) and inserted their unopened package.

Now, get this, after waiting about 12 days, the package was returned to us via the usps because, "Attempted, Not Known" was stamped all over my package! As I sent the package back, I yet again contacted their "customer service - Sean Donnelly" letting them know I was disatisfied and was returning it.

I have yet to hear from them. I was livid by this point and contacted our credit card company to explain and complain, the rep at Capital One was great, they credited my account the full purchase price and is billing the amount to playchip.com!

Lesson Learned, after years of shopping on the net, get to know the company first, then make sure you have the best credit card company backing you! Kudos to Capital One, but Playchip.com /Seandonnelly@playchip.com may you burn in hell for abusing your paying customers.
