Complaint Review: Player auctions

I bought an account on PLAYER AUCTIONS a few weeks ago. 4 weeks now to be exact. It took PA too long to send me the account information so i cancelled the order before it went any farther. i was told by their website that i would recieve a refund in 3 days. HaHAHA what a joke that is. I have contacted their live support at least 15 times now. Nothing. Always tell me "we will escalate to a supervisor and they will contact you soon" Well the seller lied and said he can't access the account now. EVEN though i cancelled it before anything happened with the account. PA doesnt care. I emailed tons of proof that i never had control of the account. Even offering them control of my email. Nothing. THey say mediation will contact me. AFter 2 weeks of bugging live chat to speak to mediation i finally get an email. Some bs saying contact the seller. I do that. Of course nothing happens. Then i never hear back from medation. Live support tells me three diffrent excuses for why i haven't heard back. Then on the fourth try the diconnect mid chat once they realize i caught them in their scam.  I have pictures of the chat logs for proof. Done with PA. Would never have used. I can't imagine their "insurance" is worth anything either. 

I had previously spent 100's of dollars on their site. Making them a decent percentage of that. And this is how they treat a customer. I would like credit for the money I spent on the account or a full refund to my card.
