Players Network, Inc. OTC: PNTV Mark Bradley Feldgreber and Michael Berk have engaged in an artifice and scheme defrauding investors out of millions of dollars (28,937,607) accumlated deficit by and through issuing false and misleading press releases stating that Michael Berk co-founded (He created and Executive produced "Baywatch") as well as the closely held company that was later taken pubic in 1998.
Company filings sate M.r Berk has only been a director since 2000 and its form 10 filied on 02-07-2000 and proceeded to relase faulse and missleading information to the present date.
Since at at July 2014 Mark Bradley has had ties to Steven C. White aka Micheal Steven Zimelli aka Michael Malvy a man involved in organized crime.
