September 2008 they took 45 dollars out of my checking account 30 days later they took another 45 dollars out I called them after the first 45 dollars was taken out of my checking account They said OK I would be done


But here again in September 2009 they did it again  This is the third time my account has gone negative They would not tell me how I was signed up or how they got my account information


this has cost me about hundred dollars in fees over the last year

Michael joined our membership in 2007, online. He did call us in 2008 as he stated. On septemeber 12th to be exact. He spoke with a representative regarding the renewal and his membership fees. He asked her to reiterate his benefits with the program. The representative did and also provided him with his member number and password so he could visit the website and review. We never received a phone call from him until Septemeber of this year, again 30 days after his renewal. This time he spoke to a different representative and proceeded to cancel his services with us. He was provided a cancellation number for his records and explained when he would be receiving his refund.

The point of the reply is that if he had canceled as stated the previous year, he would have been canceled and given a verification number. More importantly he would have been sent a refund as per our terms and would have expected a refund. I imagine that he probably would have called us if he never received the refund also, but no refund was ever sent and that is because there was never a cancellation. Perhaps he had thought he canceled or even meant to, but he never did. Regardless, his refund has been sent already and the membership is now canceled, he will not be billed by us again unless he rejoins.
