I noticed that in my bank statment $45, then a week later $44.00 was withdrawn from my business checking account with a out of order check number 9999, 9998. I went to the bank and that when i found out who it was. I called them and they said they would not refund my money and told me that I have been a member for a year so i guess the same thing happened last year and I missed it. I just want them stoped and my money refunded people work to hard fotr there money tpo get ripped off by a scam like this. I can just imagine how much money they have stolen from others that havent noticed.

The information we have in our records regarding your account was attained from forms you filled out online. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, date and time stamp, and last four digits of SSN#. Our terms and conditions of membership are clearly indicated on any of our marketing forms. No membership is ever processed by us unless it is authorized by the customer.

Immediately upon membership enrollment and after every charge an email confirmation was sent to the email account you provided. This included all contact information and passwords so that you could begin using your new membership benefits. In addition within 10 days of enrollment you were also mailed our membership package to the home address you listed
Our Membership records indicate you accepted the terms and conditions of the program when you joined in January 2008. And as required, submitted your personal account information to enroll. We regret if for any reason the process for membership renewal was not clear to you. The Terms and Conditions explaining the automatic payment process can be found on our web site, as well as in the written enrollment package, which was sent to you. Our Customer Service department has also always been available toll free to assist you with any concerns or descrepencies you may have had.

Unfortunately, at the time of your call to us on January 9th 2009 you made it very difficult for my staff or myself to assist you in a manner to where we could come up with an ammicable solution. There is never any reason to threaten someone or their family, NEVER! A refund has been issued for the charges this year as of january 20th 2009
