I tried the Playon software that supposed to be this great DVR software and in fact is not that great. I used it for about 30 minutes and decided I wanted a refund. Here is what they say on the website....

"Try PlayOn Plus risk-free with our 30-day money back guarantee."

Yet here I am 24 hours later, still waiting for a refund. I sent them an email since there is no phone number or refund process of any kind on the site.

I am not sure what is taking so long, but I would like my refund soon. If anyone has any more info on how to get a refund from these guys I would appreciate any help. I will update this post if an actual refund takes place.

Playon sent me an email today letting me know that it takes 48 hours to issue a refund. Had I known that or had it been listed on their website I would have felt alot better about it. So now I just have to wait 7 days for the gift card to be refunded but all should be good. I will update in 7 days if there are any issues.
