Playon claims to offer basic cable tv serives. This is very misleading . thier website has been very carfuly crafted to look like thier a basic cable tv provider. What they do is off content that you can aquitre thru just using web there is no free access. in order to access for example CNN streaming content you need to have a valid cable tv subscrtion or sattelite. I tried this servce because dish is in a disupte with turner. so I felt this would be alternitve to cable or sateltie . I have a decent broadband connection. They took my mone & essentaily rippped me off. I felt suscpicious but being a optimist I decided to give it a try thats when I found the truth about them .
