Complaint Review: PlayOn

    I had tried to cancel a monthly subscription on ywo account with Plaon and they refuse to cancel. One account is under , rbots1@gmail.com and the other is rbots@bellsouth.net, which are under the credit card name, Kirk Wolff cosigned by Barbara bloom. (she is our contact, my wife). Had to cancel card to get them to stop for they won't let one remove their credit card from site, nore will they cancel. I did write to playon.tv.com by adding the .com myself and it was sent, but no reply.

    on the site it does say that Jeff Lawreceis president and ceo along with a couple others, but when u click on contact us, you get nothing but a redirection back to main page.
