Playrix rigs their games so that one can't pass a level unless they spend money. They throw in unwanted challenges where if you lose they strip you of all previous winnings. It's really shady and super unfair. 

They have double charged, over charged and not provided the items after purchasing them more times than I can count. 

The only way to reach customer service is by online chat which can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 days. Its confusing to find the chat box and when you finally do, explaining the problem takes forever and  getting any positive solution is rare. 

They have ZERO customer appreciation, bad communication, no direct contact and between the price gouging, what you get vs how much you pay, the way they set players up to fail unless they pay and the fact they over charge / double charge and charge without return is just so shady. 

They're a business that makes hundreds of millions of dollars worldwide and they literally have no way for its customers to call them and talk to them. Just online chat that is unreliable at best. When you literally get sent in circles looking to find a contact person for help its a red flag.
