PlaySpan is a money brokering pay system for the online gaming community. They specifically represent Wartune aka R2Games. I had major issues with the good that were promised to be delivered and then subsequently stolen by the system of R2Games due to server issues and poor communication by the developers of the wartune products who are based in china and therefore perhaps they need to have an english proofreader go over thier information because a lot of it is misleading.

I contacted Playspan in regards to issues I was having with R2games and my correspondance was ignored. I attempted for almost 30 days to resolve the issue but with no communication and stall tactics from R2Games I reversed the internet charges from my Mastercard to protect myself as a consumer. At this point I figured the company would understand that I was not getting assistance and understand how to resolve it.

Quite the contrary, in addition to being lied to by a supervisor named Ronald who claimed that it was R2Games that was blocking payment it was their own system and it took 2 months for him to admit that. The funny thing is that this company then asks me to make the payment again stating that they will reverse the reversal fee (as a one time generous offer...lol) as long as I make the payment again at which point they will credit my account for a purchase that I am not willing to make nor require.

So they put basically a ransom on my VIP status not allowing me to renew through the site so I had to circumvent that and use a company named MOL to pay my VIP Subscription.

I informed them that if they don't want my money then there are other respectable companies that are willing to do it and provide proper customer support.

I warn anyone from using Playspan that might have to do a reversal if a problem arrises, I find they are unprofessional and lacking the respect for the customer to act properly to ensure the customer is treated properly by the game publisher.

I also warn anyone who is a thinking of playing any R2Games or RealitySquaredGames product as the cutomer support is abysmal and rife with excuses and false promises. I also find both R2Games and Playspan to be untruthful and greedy companies that are more concerned with money that any business ethics or morality.
