Their apps are flawed with constant glitches. The apps are addictive and players lose so quickly they purchase chips to keep playing. The games don't always pay chips and when players contact support they don't give players the winnings. They accuse them of lying. Players also earn LP's for rewards when playing which helps players who play for LP to spend money to keep playing. Many players who have tried to redeem LP have had issues and getting the LP refunded is not easy for them. They don't always disclose details about the rewards and how some cost $ even when using the reward. Such as free hotel rooms. It doesn't disclose they have to pay $ for the hotels resort fees and more. So it technically isn't free. Customer support is RUDE to their Most Value Players. Many of us have spent THOUSANDS of dollars and are put on a VIP host account. We are supposed to get comped chips but they only give comped chips if the players spend money. (Not an issue. Yet...) When a player is comped and has an issue with the app and seeks compensation they treat the comped chips as the "already paid" compensation.
