I was a member of plenty of fish dating site for a few years now and had the same user name and password all that time.
Last week I paid to become a premium member, then when I went to sign in it told me my password was wrong so I tried to change it but it wouldn't let me do I had to create a whole new profile and now I can't use what I paid for and can't get any answers from them at all.
