I have played at this casino for some time usually losing my deposit and all bonuses offered.  But this time I won. I requested a withdrawal and was asked to fax a special form that asked personal information. My bank routing number and account number so they can wire the winnings. I filled it out and fax it to the number on the form.  When I called to check on it I was told the fax number on the form was not working.  They requested I send a new fax form and then email my utility bill, front and back of the credit card used to make the deposit. and they wanted a copy of drivers license and finally a copy of the first credit card I used to open the account.  They rejected my utility bill because it was not recent enough and I sent them the newest utility bill. The credit card I opened the account is nolonger active. Over the next few month I was asked to send another fax form because the first one was for the total amount I won but was told I could only get $600.00 of my winnings due to bonus restrictions.  Now they will not let me back on the site.  My user name they say is incorrect or password so I can not even go on the web site unless I reregister.  IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS TRYING TO GET THIS WITHDRAWAL  SO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
