I won a total of 1798.81 from plenty jackpots in march 2014. I sent all my documents in and called customer service 2 months later and was told they had upgraded their system to resend my withdrawal request in so I did. Well I have called their customer service numerous times and live chats only to be given the runaround. I have e-mailed and gotten ltx# saying they had received my complaint and reassured me they would be in touch via email within 24 hours, to no avail. Bottomline...
