I bought on line what I thought was a one time offer of CD,s to learn Spanish. Plimsleur kept sending materials at an outrageous price. I didn't know this because I was injured and in hospitals so I got behind in my mail. When I called Plimsleur to complain, they agreed to close my account and refund my money (from my credit card which had been paid by my helper while I was recovering) I got the refund and no more materials. Now the Internet Order LLC istrying to collect. I think they are a collection agency. I wrote to explain but they persist. I see online tnat many complaints have been made against Plimsleur
