Plimus & 007 DVD Creator Product purchase does not work and they do respond to email support requests. Internet
I purchased 007 DVD Creator software from Plimus as a download and it never worked. They indicated on their web site that the product has lifetime support and offer a refund for dissatisfied clients. There is NO support and they do not reply to any emails. Here is a partial copy of my receipt:

Sorry to hear about your difficulty.
Just to set the record straight, Plimus is the 3rd party payment processor to over 15,000 Vendors. Thus, we are unable to provide technical support for individual products.
With that said, we CAN help you contact the Vendor, re-activate the download, or provide a refund if needed.
Can you please send me your reference number or the customer support ticket number so that I can look further into the matter.
