I downloaded a product which didn't work, the Data undelete software.

First, they overcharged me as they charged me 30 plus VAT for a product that cost $39.99 (the rate of exchange was exorbitant).

I spoke to an operator in their Head Office in the States who blatantly said I'd need to speak to the software vendor as it's not their problem. Debated this with her, then she said she was off to get the number to the vendors for me and put the phone down on me, refusing to pick the phone up after this when I rang back repeatedly.

Second, they then refused to refund my money or provide me with an upgrade product which 'might' have done the job although I'm not so convinced now that it would have!

Responded to my immediate e-mail to ask 'why' I wanted a refund; then refused to respond anymore.

Taking it up with my bank in the UK, but please avoid them!
