I downloaded a trial software from the internet and I was redirected to Primus for the payment. I paid using my Barclays card and all I received instead of a key to unlock the software, was two emails saying that they want to phone me for some reason to verify the order.

I replied their emails as they asked me to, and I received a third email asking me to follow another link and fill another form but this time my reference number wasn't recognised. I have sent emails to them and to the company selling the software saying that I suspect a crookery and as my money has already been taken out of my bank account, I want a full refund or I shall ask Barclays to start an enquiery into this matter. I did not receive any answer yet.

I received an email saying the following: "The credit card submitted will not be charged for this order". Although according to my bank statement, my card has been charged with 34.71 GBP instantly, when I made the payment. What a load of bs. I still didn't get a refund.
