Plimus Sales : Product Didn't Work & I Never Got My Refund! Internet

I ordered an electronic device for my cell phone off of their website but when I received it, it was incompatable with my cell phone. On the website, it never said that it only worked with certain cell phones.  So, I returned the item and requested a refund through their website.  It said that my account had been cancelled at my request and that I would be refunded through my original credit card. 

So, I waited and waited for the refund.  Of course, I never received it.  So, I went back to the website, requested another refund, and again, it said that my account had been cancelled and I would receive my refund.  But, I realized later that that was an automatic reply each and every time I tried to get my refund.  

I have searched and searched for a phone number to call them, but there is never a phone number or address on any correspondence that I received from them.  They completely rip you off without anyway to contact them.  I hope this helps anyone who is remotely thinking of purchasing any product from them.
