Complaint Review: Plumb-Busters Plumbing & Drain Llc

Jim Perry came out at the end of October to work on a clogged drain. When he arrived I specified which drain I was having problems with & allowed him to go to the basement to work on it. He brought his snake in and went to the basement, worked for about 10 minutes, came upstairs and told me the problem was fixed, I paid him and he left. Then several hours after he left the drain was backing up again. I tried to contact Mr. Perry and it took two weeks before he finally answered my call as he wouldn't return any messages I left. When I finally talked to him he stated that he couldn't make it out until the following week but if one of his business associates could do it that he would send them out. That week went by and no calls from Plumb-busters or any plumber were received. I tried calling Mr. Perry back and have not heard from him since. I had to hire another plumber and pay again to have the drain unclogged. I've left numerous messages for him to contact me without success. Do not hire this company if you want the work to be done!
