Complaint Review: plumb pro

plumb pro john Plumber lied about service cost/process; has leak within a week; customer service cannot keep promise; ski appointment. John yelled at me over phone Details for complaining: Had service on March 9 2018. Install disposal and faucet. I provided faucet. Faucet is good two years old from Homedepot. Found leak on March 14. I opened it up and found faucet is loosely installed, and no chalking or sealing, resulted leak under faucet. I put chalk and installed it back and tightened faucet and no more leaks. (I had no knowledge of plumbing that I thought it was no chalking, but it was the loosely installation caused it) Called PlumbPro on March 14 for complaint. I was told somebody is going call me same afternoon, but nobody called. I called Plumbpro on 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, nobody can help me do anything, telling me wait. Finally somebody called me back march 22 or 23 I don't remember, making an appointment March 29 5:30 PM which is a week later from that day, and two weeks from leak. I got call from PlumbPro at 5:07 PM March 29 which is only 23 min earlier from appointment, telling me PlumbPro cannot make it on time, and don't know how late PlumbPro will be. I got call from PlumbPro at 6:25 PM March 29 which is already one hour later than appointment time, telling me another hour till PlumbPro can show up. I live 20 miles away and I have to go home. Plumbpro made me another appointment at 6:30 April 5, 2018, which is 20 days from leak. I cannot wait longer and go back forth dealing with this so I wrote email to John the manager or owner of company. John called me and said nasty words. Yelling me over the phone. PlumbPro leak within a week.

Plumber told me no quote over phone and visit is 79. Fine.

Plumber told me 630 for hook up new disposal and my provided faucet and drain. Ridiculous.

Plumber told me disposal I get is OVER 100 for part. Liar!!! 60-80 is the price.

Plumber told me other chrome parts stuff are expensive. What? Disposal and those parts won't cost over 120 in Lowes or Homedepot or anywhere!!!

Plumber told me the job is going to be several hours work. Honestly I believed him at that time, and believed it quite a lot of work. But I now know it is 1-1.5 hr job. Liar!!!

I told PlumbPro I know the price of parts, then he said 500 is fine. Still over paid, but I want it done fast. I  don't have time for another appointment. I have to say OK.

I paid plumber right away the work is done without inspection because I paid good money and hired a "PRO". 

Plumber told me "it is not going to leak for 30 years", then leaks into cabinet within a week!!!

How PlumbPro staff answer the phone.

Amanda asked me what happened. I told her what happened. while I was explaining, she cuts off the line while I was talking. It has never happened to me that a customer service cuts off the line without informing me!!!

How PlumbPro staff keep appointments.

Make an appoint a week later. Enough time to straight things out? No, called me 23 mins before appointment, tell me don't  know how late he will be. I sat there an hour and got call for waiting an hour more. What???  Is your company too busy collecting new bills? yes apparently.

Many times I called, nobody does anything.  Please ask your staff how they treated me first. Please go ask liar plumber if he told me that disposal is over 100, if he told me several hours hook it up, if he told me 30 years no leak, if he cut nut and installed reversely. Please go ask ladies if they told me somebody will call back but nobody called. Please go ask Amanda if she cuts off my line while I was speaking. Please go ask Bryan/Ryan? if he keeps his appointment.
