Complaint Review: Plumbing by Kirk

I had called for my leaking shower head for my condo I rent out, the person showed up to the appointment was 3 hours late. He came in and said I need a new valve and that he will go to his truck for a tool to remove it. I waited for 10 minuets looked outside and he left, no kidding. I tried to call the owner assuming his name was Kirk and left 3 messages to never getting a call back.The took a deposit on my credit card that I never got back. Dont trust this business.
