Fireplace- Gas line was done wrong.
Water Softener- The drain was run outside to flood neighbor's home.
3 bathroom valves- Put in backwards (Cartridge upside down)
3 shower drains- never completed or prepped properly for tile.
Over charged, I paid him $1300.00 in cash and every single thing had to be redone by a licensed plumber. This guy has no business being in business do not pay him up front and be careful. Bad work ethic and terrible communication skills.
When I asked him to provide me with his license number he started SCREAMING at me. Make sure all conversations are recorded for your own protection. This does not include all of the parts I also paid for.
