I ordered the product for a trail period paid the shipping with no problem I called back within 4 days to cancel because product gave me headaches the rep told me to keep it extra time which would be nov 24-14 when I tried to call bac on the 20th no answer phone kept ringing so I ck my account and I was charged on the 23 . I called my bank to tell them and I have to cancel my card because when I finally got to speak to. A rep she said there was no record of me speaking to anyone this company is a ripoff stay away from them

Hey, I am having the same problem as you. Only this time, I have been trying to contact them for 4 days now. All I get is either a busy signal, or just a hold song. Have been on hold now for over an hour today. I have not been able to get any live person on the phone. They put a charge hold on my wifes account 5 days after getting the product. I am calling the bank today to put a stop payment, and block on both of their companies. They are the same people running the Pro Green Coffee, AND Pure Slim Garcinia. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
