PM Shirts Ordered letterman's jacket for daughter. Given 30 days til ready. At 40 days, called to say jacket was wrong, sending back to factory. After 60 days, jacket finally ready. No apologies for late. After Lafayette, Colorado
We went into PM shirts Sep. 15, 2010, and ordered a $300+ letterman's jacket for our daughter. The male owner was argumentative from the start. We finally decided on patches and how we wanted them, including an expensive $45 back patch. We paid $150 deposit and were told 30 days. At 30 days, no response from store. Wife called and was told jacket not even in yet. She told male owner we were promised 30 days; he called her a liar. At 40 days we received a message informing us jacket was in and would be ready in a few days. At 45 days, received another message saying jacket hood was "wrong" and had to be sent back to factory. At 60 days, received message jacket was in and finished. Wife went to pick up and paid remainder.
Female owner was rude and just wanted the money. She offered no apologies or discount for our waiting and trouble. After I got home from work, I noticed the back patch was not as ordered. We brought back today. Asked female owner to correct patch. She said she would - for another $45 as patch needed to be remade. We said it was not our fault but theirs. She called us liars to our face. I told her politely that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. She got hostile and demanded I leave her store. I refused, saying they needed to make the jacket right. She refused again. We asked for refund, she refused, saying no refunds on special order jackets. All we wanted was the correct item we ordered, and for them to stand behind their work. She said she wanted nothing more to do with us and demanded we leave, which we did.
PM Shirts is only in it for the money and do not stand behind what they sell. Customer service is non-existent, they over-promise and under-deliver, and the owners are rude and hostile. We will now do our best to ruin their reputation and business, as we know many people in the sports field in our area. They do not deserve to be in a retail business, and we will ensure that happens.
