Complaint Review: PMA - Timmins Group

I fell for this scam on 5/31/05. Usually get a voice mail when calling about my order. Got a real person 4 times. #1: "We'll look into it". #2: "Fax us a copy of your cancelled check and receipt". #3: "Yes we received your fax. Expect a refund in 2-3 weeks." #4:(after a brief time on hold): "I just spoke to our customer service dept. and we will cut you a check this afternoon."

I didn't lose as much money as some people did but still feel humilliated, foolish and angry. The TX Attorney General needs to know about these scumbags.
