PMG tried to scame me in late 2003 and I went through their "Customer Care" rigamarole with sleaze-bag Kurt Brady, who said he was going to give me "tough love" by not honoring my request for a refund even though I had not opened the materials or taken any time in actual mentoring.

One of the keys to my success was citing Federal mail fraud and case law statutes.

Federal law about fraud states that even if true facts are subsequently made known, if the first offer is made by deception then fraud has been committed.

I repeat: Even if the true facts are subsequently made known, if the first offer was deceptive then you have been defrauded.

When people like PMG say they are going to help you be a millionaire and ask you what you want to do with your money, and don't say they are going to ask you to spend your money on their "programs" right from that first phone call, they are using deception.

When people like PMG say they have a completely free offer and don't tell you they will be asking you for your credit cards down the road, they are using deception.

Since PMG telemarkets across state lines they are committing fraud in interstae commerce which falls under Federal statutes.

IF PMG did not tell you right from the git-go they are trying to sell you something, you have been defrauded. Hold their feet to the fire and do the same with your credit card company. Document exactly how you were solicited. Then go for the jugular.
