PNC, well I thought they were good, I have been with them since 2005 and they sold me on their online banking, so much and since I was paying for my computer I allowed them to give Dell $100.00 a month to pay off my $1,500.00 computer. Well, in April some how PNC allowed them to retrieve some $300.00 out of my checking account. After Gerber went in to get a paymt and could not I recieved a phone call from them. I called PNC, and they informed me it was probably in error and they would send me a form to read and sign to so they could start an investigation, in the meantime I needed to contact Dell as well. And, I did but to no avail they gave me the run around.......besides who wants to give back money once they get it........

Well, they sent me 3 forms for each investigation in the $300.00 removed, in all reality it should have only been $100.00 the 19th of each month. So, I informed the representative that I would not use my card, nor would I deposit my paycheck in there until this was cleared up. At the begining of May Gerber when in to try and retrieve $21.00, ok that was my fault for not notifying them, the bank charged me $31.00, then Firefly went in to retrieve $15.00 for my daughter's cell phone, the bank hit me again for $31.00, ok that was my fault. Now, I was in the rears for $62.00 oweing the bank.

Well, then PNC starting charging me $6.00 a day for a total of five days, knowing good and well I explained to them that I would not be depositing any funds in my checking account. (that was noted in my files, I'm sure). Do you know the banks make over a $$$ Billion Dollars a year off of people like you and me? So, Dell realized they were wrong and reversed the payments of $100.00 at this time PNC had me with a -$132.00 charge. They took the $100.00 and did not notify me of this. Well, when May 247th came around,
I went online to check my email and Dell had notified me that they had retrieved another $100.00 from my checking account (mind you, there was nothing there to get).

I recieved a letter from PNC informing me, of the insufficient funds again, and they hit my account again, and again and again, $6.00, $31.00. Well, when I called PNC to confront them on this, asking them; if you are investigating Dell....why on Earth would you allow them to retrieve more funds from my account, did you not flag that when you recieved my return letters giving you permission to investigate them? PNC, gave me the run around and I spoke to 3 representatives in 2 days. On, May 29th a representative named Rebecca called me from PNC and she was awful to me..... She said she was not going to remove any fees from my checking account and now I am in the rears with them for -$164.00 how it reached that I have no idea. I am fed up.....

Oh, by the way they did get another $100.00 from Dell, I spoke to Dell this morning they informed me I do not owe a payment for this month, and they are Ripping me off too!

First and foremost I am very sorry for all the confusion. There are several steps you need to take to get this cleared up. If you do not want to deposit money into your pnc account, that is perfectly fine, but you are responsible for making sure nothing comes out either. I understand your dispute with dell, and pnc will gladly dispute any charges you do not feel are authorized to debit your account. Unfortunatley there is not a method to stop payment on automatic debits. If they continue to debit your account for amounts you're not comfortable with, the bank will be glad cancel your debit card and order you a new one, or change your bank account number, depending on how they are debiting your account. Finally, if you go into the branch that opened your account and kindly explain your situation I am certian they will help you.
