They will not send the medications ordered and also keep your 'echeck'. They will not answer the phone at any time. Had to close my bank account to keep them from re-accessing it. My banker said there are no safeguards at all against use of 'echeck' which is why this company stopped accepting credit cards and ONLY do 'business' that way. Lost almost $200 to them. MANY complaints online at different sites against these people. Expect nothing but theft from them, even if you had success using them a couple of years ago. They have only ripped people off since at least spring of 2011.

This was June 30,2013 After several e-mails and more than a dozen calls to that non working number just voicemail . No return calls . And Cherie is a joke an employee of such magnitude of this entire fraud . You guys should be punished by the fullest of the internet transaction scam ! LAWS! This woman ordered from PNI on the 8th March. Order value $170.56 with regular Registered Mail chosen as the shipping option. She did not request the faster delivery option and pay for express shipping. It is stated on the website that if any order has not arrived within 30 days we offer a free re-ship or refund. In this case there was a short delay in getting the order out due to a mix up with our freight forwarders in India following a two day postal strike affecting some orders placed during March and which was outside of our control. As the order did not arrive on time a refund check was indeed requested from our eCheck processor and was sent to the customer on 12th April which of course she fails to mention here .. she also fails to mention that as an act of goodwill on our side she did in fact receive with our compliments the medications she ordered .. so she had both the goods and the refund! How many companies would do that .. why don't some people tell the truth ...
