The PNY memory was purchased on the 4/23/04 from the CompUSA, mailed the rabate at aproximately the same time as another item's rebate. Got the rebate from the other company (Hitachi) but not the PNY Technologies. I followed it up with the PNY.com and was emailed and gave the reason that the the rebate is not going to be hornor because it was post marked late for the rebate! I don't belive it, the rebate was mailed and has more than a week of time to arrive there, that's planty of time for any US mail.

On the record for failed rebates:

PNY - refused the rebate, no respond to email until I followed up with the rebate.
*email respond was thru rebates@parago.com and
*rebate record was not found on www.RebatesHQ.com
a rebate managing company?

HiVal - Another bad experience, never got it, didn't respond to emails or phone calls.

I will never buy any product from these companies again.

By the way, the rebate was mail to
PO Box 540004, El Paso, TX 888554-0004.
