I have tried to contact Pocket hose Top Brass Bullet hose several times. 3 emails with no response and 7 phone calls being left on hold for over an hour on 3 of the calls. The company gives you a approximate time they will be able to answer your call but I was on the phone 3 times longer then the time the company quoted. When you call in they also suggest you call early in the day and late in the evenings Mon-Fri 7aM- 12AM Sat-Sun After my first call I called just after 7am I did not get my call answered even after they told me it would be 11 minute wait I waited over 1hr. Next call I tried late in the day after 11pm still the same result. The other calls resulted the same way. Why wont they answer there calls? When you call a recorded message tells you about the long wait time because of the high demand for the Top Brass Bullet Packet hose. I would like a refund I would exchange but only if they guarantee the hose won't break under normal use.
