Commercial on TV said Buy one hose get second free pay seperate shipping. Order product and was billed for 2 hoses at full price and charged 2 seperate shipping fees. Took 15 minutes on hold, 25 minutes talking to someone from India to try and correct, was told my order cannot be seen for 48 hours so they can't help me correct the order, the operated couldn't speak or understand clear english, had to spell my name 6 times, finnaly cancelled order when they wanted my credit card number, which was another problem with the operator. I really don't belive my order was cancelled as they couldn't give me a cancellation number. I think this will cause some problems down the road with my credit caed company
