i bought a pagsta sytle motorcycle from pocketbike wholesalers,ok the motorcycle, i got was not the one they showed on there website.it was the wrong color wrong motor an transmisson.it has been two weeks an i still have not got no paperwork no bill of sale .i have emails them an called them with no results.i ordered a 70cc automatic transmisson motor ,i got a 49cc with a 4 speed .when i ordered motorcycle i told them to make sure it was a automatic so i could get it registered at dmv.now i can not get it registered because it is a 4speed .i am trying to get a moped tag,to get a moped tag bike has got to be a automatic.bike has chipped paint on frame.i tryed to cancle this bike before they shipped it .on there website it said that you had 24 hours to cancle a ordered.when i found out mototcycle was a copy of pagsta ,i called to cancle ordered an they said if i cancle ordered i would be changed for shipping an a stocking fee.also on your website it said that it would at less 24 hours before they shipped any ordered.i ordered bike on a thurday at 4;30 then the next morning at 9 o clock i called to cancle bike when i found out it was a copy of pagsta.this is so wrong to be tryed like this .james yarbrough 843-445-6538
