Pocono active sports Lighthouse harbor marina Humiliating , mental and verbal abuse , extra charges Greentown Pennsylvania
We rented jet ski and got lost since it is our first time in the area. Soon after thunder storm rolled in and we were driving under lightening trying to find the marina. Eventually we did and the owner Julie was extremely rude , verbally abusive , humiliating . She didn’t care about our safety but for the money and jet ski. She charged us extra for another hour and extra fee. Very unprofessional person, she said she is an owner and nothing can be done to her . Horrible business , money hungry , abusive owner.
