Poetry.com did not deliver the poetry book I paid for Internet
I am an Australian who appears to have been sucked in by poetry.com. I paid $85USD for a copy of a poetry book last September, and have not received it. Despite many complaints to Howard Ely since December, I have not got ANY response.
What options are there to recover the money?
